1. Data controller

2. What data we collect
Contact form: name, email, company or website (optional), the service you are interested in and the message you write.
Email: the data you include when you write to us.
Browsing: statistical data on how the website is used (pages visited, device type, approximate origin), only if you accept analytics cookies. More information in the cookie policy.
Security: the form uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam, which analyses technical data from your browser.
3. What we use it for
To answer your enquiry and, if you ask us to, prepare a proposal. To understand how the website is used and improve it, using statistical data. To protect the form from spam and abuse.
We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data.
4. Legal basis
Consent: you tick the box on the form before sending it, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Pre-contractual measures: when you write to us to ask for a service.
Legitimate interest: the security of the form.
Consent for analytics cookies: requested through the cookie notice.
5. Recipients and transfers
We do not share your data with third parties, except where required by law. To make the website work, some providers process data on our behalf: web hosting (Hostinger), Google (reCAPTCHA, Google Analytics and the website's fonts) and our email provider.
Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and, if they lead to a professional relationship, for the legal periods that apply. If there is no relationship, we delete them after one year. Statistical data is kept for the period set in the Google Analytics configuration (14 months).
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@novavora.studio and saying which right you want to exercise. We may ask for a copy of your ID to check who you are.
If you think your data is not being handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Minors
The form on this website is for people aged 14 or over. If you are younger, ask your parent or guardian to write to us for you.
9. Social media and changes
If you interact with our social media profiles, the processing of your data is governed by each platform's privacy policy.
We may update this policy when the website or the law changes. The date above shows the latest version.
